Arreguín: diseños y naturaleza / sueños y naturaleza, an exhibition curated by professor Lauro H. Flores, chair of the Department of American Ethnic Studies at the University of Washington, is currently touring Spain. The representative sample of Arreguín’s paintings was first presented in the City of León, at the Palacio del Conde Luna, home of the UW León Center, with the co-sponsorship of the Division of Spanish & Portuguese Studies, and thanks to the efforts of professor Tony Geist. The show was on display in León on July and August 2014. In its first week alone, the exhibit received 1,100 visitors—a record for that venue. Subsequently, the show moved to the Museo de América, in Madrid, where it stayed until December 15, and then it traveled to the Museo de Cádiz, in southern Spain, where it will remain until February 15, 2015.
