Tribes, preservation societies join lawsuit to save National Archives in Seattle

Attorney General Bob Ferguson’s office has filed a lawsuit against the federal government to save the National Archives and Records Administration’s (NARA) building in Seattle. The suit was joined by 29 Native American and Alaska Native tribes, tribal entities and communities, Oregon and 9 historic preservation and community groups.
