Join us as our very own Oliver Rollins along with Dr. Bianca Dang from UW's history department run a graduate school prep workshop on October 20th from 1:00 to 3:00 Pm in the student union building (HUB.) Upper classmen in their undergraduate years are encouraged to attend as Professor Rollins and Dr. Dang dive into topics such as:
- Creating graduate application checklists & understanding the requirements for each major
- Grad school funding options
- Making letters of recommendation from faculty advisors
- Composing effective application materials
Overall, the AES Grad School Prep seminar aims to help students with the admissions process for those who are seriously interested in pursing a master or PHD in humanities or social sciences. Space is limited, so students must RSVP here using the google form in order to reserve a spot. We hope to see you there!
