The American Ethnic Studies Department along with the University Book Store, Wing Luke Museum, OCA-Greater Seattle and Chinese American Citizens Alliance are proud to sponsor a book reception Wednesday Nov 1st at the Ocean Star Restaurant as author Curtis Chin explains his new book: Everything I Learned in a Chinese Restaurant.
Chin is a well known writer who graduated from The University of Michigan and went on to publish articles for CNN, Detroit Free Press and Emancipator. He is also co-founder of the Asian American Writers Workshop in New York City. The event is free but, it is encouraged to register for the event which can be found here. Masks and Social distancing is also recommended
